Our secure key holding service is based on me providing authorized access to your property.
We hold a set of keys, which are utilised for:

• ‘Meet and Greet’ Service
• Guest Departure Check
• Property Cleaning Service
• Misplaced keys
• Contractors
• Property visits
• Deliveries

This is an obligatory service which provides the owner with the security and convenience of having a reliable contact in the area, who holds a duplicate set of keys to their property.

Commercial Management

We manage bookings, calendar and payments. Maximizing your rental potential with our large client database of our repeat rental clients.

Changeover Service

We manage and supervise all cleaning: pre-arrival, mid-stay, departure, spring and autumn cleans. As well as offering a full linen changeover and the option of hiring additional linen and towels.

Our Changeover Service includes the following:

• ‘Meet and Greet’ Service
• Guest departure check
• Thorough property clean after departure
• Laundering of linen and towels
• Acting as a point of contact during client stay

Please note:  Please be aware all guests are to be made aware upon booking that late fee’s are applicable to after hour check in/out’s and out of hour meet and greets. Therefore, it is suggested that owner’s clients are asked to make contact with the agent greeting them as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary calls and associated charges.
